Inheartsight Community

WHO WE ARE InHeartSight Community is a network of consultants, coaches, creatives, educators, and facilitators who support Global Majority women in leadership, sustainability, and social impact. We work with women who navigate multiple cultural frameworks, carry capability alongside grief, and perform coherence they don't always feel. OUR APPROACH We facilitate integration and embodied leadership development through collaborative programs, community gatherings, and partnerships. Our work unfolds across three interconnected layers: INNER: Somatic practices that restore relationship with breath, body, and early conditioning. We create conditions for the Unlived Self to emerge beyond the Performing Self that learned to succeed through adaptation. INTEGRATION: Weaving scattered parts across roles, cultures, and expectations into coherent professional identity that doesn't require self-abandonment. STRATEGIC: Designing pathways for sustainable leadership that don't mirror systems requiring self-abandonment. We integrate research-informed frameworks with embodied practices because intellectual understanding doesn't automatically translate to embodied integration. The body holds the truth the mind has learned to override. OUR VISION A world where Global Majority women have full participation and equal leadership opportunities, and where that leadership emerges from coherence rather than performance.
