Initiate Mind

Initiate Mind was founded in December 2023 in Geneva, Switzerland. Our goal is to spread Mental Health awareness through online presence, as well as in-person corporate events.We want to bridge the gap which exists between availability of treatments and people suffering quietly. This gap is fueled by stigma, fear of judgment, lack of treatment awareness, or a belief that they can handle challenges on their own. In corporate setting, poor Mental Health management leads to decreased productivity, absenteeism and deterioration of workplace culture. Initiate Mind helps in spreading Mental Health awareness for individuals and corporations. Our 3 key messages are: 1, Start with self-recognition. This is the foundation and prerequisite to helping others 2. Getting help is much easier than you think – just take the first step 3. Help others – be a Mental Health ambassador!
