Initiative For Climate Action

The Initiative for Climate Action (ICA) is a non-profit company with a vision to catalyze, enable and accelerate low-carbon and zero-carbon futures of justice and sustainability. We see ourselves as a community of collaborators, orchestrators, enablers, problem solvers, transformation agents, thinkers, dreamers, doers and everything else it takes to build a better world for all. We have an initial focus on India and an affinity to the city of Bangalore where we are headquartered. We combine contextual research with high-impact action on the ground through an innovative portfolio of clustered experiments for system change. We advise leaders, build ecosystems, foster collaboration, accelerate innovation, promote learning, and enable transformation. Our partners and collaborators come from the worlds of academia, art, business, civil society, finance, government, media, movements, multilateral organisations, philanthropy, and policy.
