Born from the vision of a Canadian entrepreneur on the charming street of Breton creperies, our pizzeria is a culinary haven with a twist. Steered by Chef Bob, a culinary virtuoso with over two decades of expertise garnered from renowned establishments like Ducasse and Ladurée in France, as well as ventures in the vineyards of Montalcino and the prestigious Lo Scudiero restaurant in Pesaro, Inizio Paris is not just a restaurant; it's a culinary journey curated by an intrepid taste explorer. Bob's passion for pizza led to the inception of Inizio in 2019, a mere three months before the onset of the global pandemic. Undeterred, Bob's love for the craft has been the driving force behind our resilience and success. Complementing this culinary maven is Marthe, a true Italian at heart. Her love affair with Italian culture and gastronomy began at the age of 11 when she explored the vibrant streets of Naples. Over the past two decades, Marthe has crisscrossed the hills of Cilento, a picturesque regional park in Campania, seeking out the finest producers of delectable fare and exquisite wines. Armed with a master's degree in history from La Sorbonne, Marthe embarked on a new chapter, earning her CAP at the esteemed Ferrandi School. Her journey led her to train alongside Michelin-starred Italian chefs in both France and Italy, bringing a wealth of expertise and a refined palate to Inizio Paris.
