As one of the largest injection molders on the East Coast, Injectron's bustling, 24 hour molding facility is state-of-the-art. Our large complement of injection molding machines, 250 tons through 1950 tons, have shot capacities up to 384 ounces. We have the machine range to produce some of the largest parts in the industry but can accommodate multi cavity small parts production. Robotic technology, coupled with a continuous schedule of reinvestment in new molding machines, ensures production speed and consistent shot to shot quality. With assembly, decorating and packaging as part of many projects, Injectron incorporates work cell manufacturing practices, ensuring economical manufacturing, translating to a more competitive edge.
