We believe in a diverse and inclusive society, where people work as a community to solve the challenges that face us. inKIND delivers a not for profit program that connects great books and role models from industry with primary schools to build ESTEAM (Entrepreneurship, Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Maths). Children do what they see and we know that children's perceptions of what they can "do" start to be shaped from the time they are 6. By showing children people in different roles and kinds of work, we can build their awareness of the possibilities for the future and support the diversity and specialties needed for New Zealand's success.
