InLog Order Preparation and Storage System is an order preparation system that can prepare multiple orders simultaneously for e-trade operations- The system software can be integrated with e-trade software and ERP/Warehouse Management systems to facilitate correct order preparation- Goods that are stored in Bins located in shelves are retrieved via shuttles and vertical lifts to the order preparation stations (GTP’s) at the end of the system- At GTP’s, goods have been put into customer baskets by operators according to the order disposition- The system can hold up to bins and around 1.500 SKU’s depending on the client requirements. InLog Order Preparation and Storage System consists of - Shuttle Robot; that can move horizontally on track and retrieve bins up to 30 kg from shelves and convey to the end of isle- Vertical Lift; that can take the bins from shuttles and bring to the GTP level and load on the conveyors of the GTP- Order Preparation Station (GTP); that consists of conveyors and pick to light system that leads the operator to place correct number of goods to customer baskets per customer order- System software; runs the entire system per optimization algorithms. InLog Order Preparation and Storage System Features - Fast; can prepare 200 orders/hour (on average, depends on order types and system size)- Agile; possible to work in three shifts where fulfillment can be performed in ‘waves’- Accurate; eliminates human related errors such as ‘wrong product’ or ‘wrong quantity’- Cost efficient; requires minimal labor, thus has a ROI-Return on Investment of 18 months (depends on system size and labor cost per region)- Compact; requires minimal space (much less space compared to conventional shelving)-Easy to scale; possible to extend the shelve number and so the number of SKU’s
