Trading: Evaluating and assessing the risk profile of a trade to allocate capital to bridge the buy/sell agreements of physical commodities, ranging from R250-2m (return based) 2. Financing: I. Non-renewable – Evaluating, assessment of risk, re-structuring, preparation of business plans that are bankable to our funders to bridge the buy/sell agreements of physical commodity trades larger than $1m (fee based) II. Renewable – Pre-feasibility, feasibility and capital raising for approved projects (fees and or equity) Trade Sale - Strategic acquisition and sale of trade businesses (return based) 3. Advisory: Advice on getting your trade papered up and, on the path, to being bankable to funding institutions (fee-based)
