Inner Life Coaching

Inner Life Coaching offers a number of services, including therapeutic coaching, mentoring in Emotional Intelligence and leadership, and group programmes. We utilise over 20 years of working with various techniques and modalities and how the mind works, in order to effectively work with trauma, anxiety, low confidence and self esteem, life challenges, roadblocks and uncertainty. Underneath all the tools is the core belief that listening, compassion, acceptance and appreciation of how we got where we are, is the most healing way to show up for others and ourselves.
