I offer ways of unlearning racism and developing awareness around racial location rooted in practices of returning to presence and awareness within our own bodies. This continual returning becomes the foundation for creating cultural transformation for a more just world. I hold space in a unique way that I have honed from my my own practice, cultivated over many years, and informed by my learning with many scholars, teachers, and healers. Most of all, I have come to appreciate the value of humor.
