Innok Robotics, based in Regenstauf (north of Regensburg), has been one of the technology and market leaders in highly innovative ‘autonomous mobile robots’ (AMRs) since 2012. These robots can operate outdoors on all surfaces and in all weather conditions, and Innok Robotics is one of the few manufacturers worldwide to offer this technology. At the heart of these innovative mobile robots is Innok Robotics' proprietary autonomy software, InnokCockpit. From development and programming to assembly, Innok Robotics offers its customers everything from a single source. The unique selling point of Innok robots is that they not only operate indoors in perfectly prepared halls, but are also ‘multi-terrain’ capable. They can drive indoors even on poor-quality floors and without structural measures to the buildings, as well as outdoors in all weather conditions and over obstacles such as ramps and speed bumps. The core products are the INDUROS autonomous transport robot, which is primarily aimed at all companies involved in material transport and automates transport between halls, for example, and the RAINOS watering robot, which can water parking areas and is currently mainly used in cemeteries for the autonomous watering of graves. Its customers include successful small businesses, medium-sized companies and large international corporations such as BASF, Roche, Bosch, Kubota, Infineon, K+S, ZF, the Port of Hamburg, Fraunhofer Institutes, universities and many cemetery gardeners.
