Innova Osteopathy

Innova Osteopathy was inspired by the concept of ‘introducing changes and new ideas’ as described by the word innovate. As osteopaths, we are constantly introducing changes to clients throughout treatment sessions, through both hands-on treatment, exercise prescription and educational advice. Utilising a sound anatomical and physiological knowledge base, treatment sessions are individually and holistically tailored for each client. Most of our clients range from primary ages through to older adults, with experience in most clinical conditions including pregnancy.
