The Boise office of Cartwright Engineers, initially known as Cartwright Northwest, was started in the summer of 2014 by Seth Olsen, PE and specializes in Geotechnical Engineering. From its’ roots in Logan, Utah, Cartwright Northwest has now become INNOVATE GEOTECHNICAL.
