Work collaboratively with community members, partner agencies, stakeholders to establish vision, direction and goals for your organisation and to monitor and report on community development plans and programs. Ensuring that projects are monitored regularly, within budget, of high quality, are timely, meet project milestone requirements and communication requirements, meet monitoring and evaluation requirements of funding bodies Sharing a deep knowledge of the principles and approaches of community development and how this approach is demonstrated in the community services sector Use sound community development and engagement methodologies to identify community strengths, needs and aspirations, and use this knowledge to develop and coordinate a range of responsive services for your community or core business.
