Although new as an operating business, the owner has spent 5 years in the provision of Consulting, Analysis, Project Implementation and Support of Knowledge Management and Customer Care Automation for South African mobile telecommunications like MTN, Telkom, Virgin Mobile and Vodacom. To compliment the technology chain, over 10 years Telecommunications experience in Operations Support & Management, spanning areas such as Account Management, Project Management, Service Management, Change Management, and Business Process Optimisation to mention a few. A consultative based, professional services approach is underpinned by vast knowledge and expertise within the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) sector as well as an extensive reach and network of industry experts. Our focus is on adding value through actionable insights and strategic partnerships with an ecosystem of solutions with Customer Service, Experience and Operational Excellence in mind.
