Hello, I am Karen Richardson-Moore, Owner and CEO of Innovative Back Office Solutions LLC. As a native of Buffalo, New York. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communications and a Minor in Business Management from Canisius College. I began my career in Corporate America over 35 years ago. I have had positions in Management and Employee Training/Incentive Programs for major corporations including Xerox, Bank of America, Cellular One, Travelers Insurance, HSBC Bank & M&T Bank. In addition to my corporate work experience I have owned a few businesses specializing in Small Business Consulting and Strategic Marketing and Communications. Innovative Back Office Solutions LLC is the compilation of all my professional work experience and my entrepreneurial ventures over the last 35 years. My greatest passion is working with individuals that possess the entrepreneurial spirit. I mean those individuals that have a passion, a dream that won't let them sleep at night.those individuals whose families and friends don't understand why their business is only thing they talk about.those individuals whose work day begins at 3am and doesn't end until 12pm 7 days a week! Those are the individuals that I feel blessed to be able to assist and support.
