Innovative Homeless Solutions is data-driven homelessness solution that integrates government and nongovenment service providers’ client management systems into a single real-time delivery platform for significantly improved diversion from the street and improved care at a lower cost. A cloud computing nonprofit established to repair the homelessness epidemic through improved multidisciplinary coordination and applied best practice. We believe in a model of continuous improvement, implementation of world-class solutions, and inclusion of all people in the delivery of our platform services. We are comprised of a group of data science professionals that have developed and successfully deployed major data-sharing platforms with rigorous data privacy/governance in the local, state, and federal government arena. These solutions solved real-world problems, took data at rest and made it actionable in real-time in the field, and took dynamic unstructured data and coalesced value into meaningful results. Together we can do this.
