Innovative Services started in 2004 in the Green Bay, Wisconsin area with the mission and vision to give those with developmental disabilities the best quality of life in the community. Innovative Services has continued to grow throughout the state of Wisconsin, with regional administrative offices in Green Bay, Appleton, Stevens Point, La Crosse, and Northwest Wisconsin. Although the organization started out working primarily with individuals with developmental disabilities, we don't have a rigid approach and have expanded our supports to people of all ages with varying needs. The company was founded on a desire to provide a safe and healthy environment for individuals needing flexible, accessible and self-directed supports while creating opportunities for maximum independence through every service offered. Fulfilling our corporate mission depends on shared visions, a never-ending pursuit of quality and a team of qualified individuals who never doubt that thoughtful, committed people can change lives for the better.
