Innovative Tooling Solutions has designed, manufactured and developed Controlled Facing Heads and Controlled Boring Systems to meet the demands of the global metal cutting industry since the early 1980s. During that time and to this day, we have also been users and developers of our own system within our group machining divisions (FTV Proclad) where ISO 9001 is the operating standard. Serving the Oil & Gas, Aerospace, Automotive, Pump & Power Generation industries and their partners worldwide, we have proved time and time again the quality, reliability, repeatability and robustness of our Innovative Tooling Solution designs. Born initially from our own usage and license agreement to the Davis Tool USA brand, Innovative Tooling Solutions continues to develop and invest in our pre and post sales systems, CNC Machinery, DNC links, Pro Engineer CAD, MRP Visual Manufacturing Management and of course our people, partners and most importantly our customers. Having twice in our history been awarded the prestigious Queens Award for Export, we continue to work to maintain and better our high standards of excellence. Our Headquarters and Manufacturing Facility is located in the Central Belt of Scotland within the United Kingdom and we operate with our partners providing service centres around the globe in the UK / Europe, USA, South East Asia, China and South America.
