InPsych Center offers individual therapy, couples counseling, and group support to members of the community with a focus on integrative care, taking into consideration all factors influencing mental health and well-being, including mind, body, and spirit. We view all people as having the capacity, freedom, and responsibility to move towards their highest state of being. With safety, stillness, and clarity, internal and relational pain can be healed. It is our goal to provide solid, evidence-based integrative therapy for those who want to change their internal or relational circumstances.
