Inputs is a 16-year-old diversified Human Resources Consultancy dedicated to helping clients hire, retain and nurture the best talent in the country. Founded by Sudha Sastri, an alumnus of IIM Kolkata and a respected HR professional, Inputs has a unique position in many respects. In large measure, this is constantly nurtured by Inputs’ own staffing methodology; the Inputs team almost entirely comprises smart, successful women who work under a flexi-time model whereby they balance their work and home adroitly.
