Rapid growth in outdoor and recreational activities such as camping, fishing, and hiking activities is propelling the demand for insect repellent apparel. Clothing made with insecticide-based fabrics has been proven efficient to protect against mosquitoes, biting flies, and ticks, as well as other biting insects, which are driving the global insect repellent apparel market. InsectaPel is currently developing biobased sustainable insect repellent products for textile applications in order to have efficacy against mosquitoes, tick, and other biting insects. Our company is currently pre-revenue, although we are open in talking with potential customers. We are targeting both licensing revenue and sales of our solution as income sources. We will sell to manufacturers of clothing for both the commercial and military markets.
