Inside Out is a social enterprise dedicated to transforming lives, empowering individuals and inspiring systemic change across communities in the UK. Our mission is to equip vulnerable young people, adults and those affected by the criminal justice system with the mindset, skills and opportunities to overcome adversity and achieve their full potential. We combine lived experience with evidence-based practices—such as motivational speaking, mentorship, life and mindset coaching, and holistic behavioural interventions—to drive meaningful and sustainable personal growth. Our bespoke programmes span education, employment support, emotional resilience, leadership development and corporate social responsibility partnerships, all designed to create positive trajectories for individuals and communities alike. By fostering inclusion, challenging limiting beliefs and activating potential, we help participants rewrite their stories and encourage those with privilege to extend support and opportunity where it is needed most.
