Insight Acupressure

Insight Acupressure, formerly Soul Lightening Acupressure International (SLI) is dedicated to the teachings of Process Acupressure and Clinical Acupressure, created by originator Aminah Raheem, PhD. The original mission was to cultivate soul actualization and purpose in the world, to further human evolution, health and awakening, for the preservation of the family and the global community. About our Originator: Aminah Raheem, Ph.D, is the originator of Process Acupressure and the founder of Soul Lightening International. The work evolved to include Clinical Acupressure, Process Acupressure and Acupressure for Anyone training. The four basic principles of Insight Acupressure: 1.Energy flow in the body promotes wellness and opens new awareness. 2.Touch and the flow of love from the heart are healing and strengthening. 3.Every person carries their own healing and wisdom within. 4.The purpose of Insight Acupressure is to empower that inherent wisdom. The SLI organization was dissolved in Dec 2023 and the Insight Acupressure Faculty Alliance (IAFA) was formed as a cooperative of independent faculty who are dedicated to continuing to teach the original content and create new classes in alignment with the origins of this work.
