I am a licensed clinical social worker counseling adults, young children and families to allow them to achieve healing and attain healthy rich lives. I am experienced working with adults on issues such as trauma, depression, anxiety and relationship difficulties. I have specialized in the social and emotional wellness of children ages 1-5 years old and this experience aids me in my work with adults, as many of their problems relate back to early childhood issues. I am a trained EMDR therapist. EMDR, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, is a powerful therapeutic method which accelerates the treatment of a wide range of clinical issues. I have specialized in working with very young children (birth to 5 years) over the past 7 years. I am also a registered play therapist and am trained in Touchpoints for work with infants, young children and their families. This experience helps me to better help adults.
