Insight Hand Therapy

Insight Hand Therapy is a clinic focusing on specialist rehabilitation of the hand, wrist and elbow. Consultations are provided by an Accredited Hand Therapist (as awarded by the Australian Hand Therapy Association) and are client-centred, evidence-based and focus on recovery. Services include custom thermoplastic splinting, scar and wound care, oedema management, individual exercise prescription and rehabilitation. We commonly see individuals for both conservative management of conditions, as well as providing post-surgical care. Common conditions managed include arthritis, trigger finger, De Quervains and other tendonopathies, wrist & finger fractures, nerve compressions (eg carpal tunnel), chronic pain conditions and many more!"
