Examples of client projects include- Design and delivery of leadership and management development programmes for front line managers (various clients across different industry sectors)- Developed and delivered a Competence Framework and online tool to assess, verify and record competence, training and qualifications for the nuclear industry- Developed and implemented an industry award winning Career Framework model, including competencies and job families and development interventions to support employees develop their potential.(Pharmaceutical client)- Project managed a redundancy programme to support a client restructure their business in a short (2.5 month) timeframe- Led a client organisational design project to redesign their R&D business to accommodate commercial pharmaceutical manufacture.
