Insight Therapy & Assessments

At Insight Therapy & Assessments, we specialize in neurodevelopmental evaluations as well as individual and group therapy. We have extensive training and experience providing evaluations for autism spectrum disorder (ASD), attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (AD/HD), learning disorders, and personality for adolescents (10 years old +) and adults. Our individual and group therapy services are offered in-person and/or via telehealth. We work with adults struggling with relationships, communication skills, trauma, identity development, career-related concerns, emotion regulation, and various other areas.
