MISSION InsightLA is a meditation center teaching secular mindfulness and Buddhist meditation practices in locations throughout the Greater Los Angeles Area. We offer meditation classes, retreats, and special events in an open and welcoming community. Our outreach program, Insight in Action, brings mindfulness and meditation classes to underserved communities and schools, and to individuals who would otherwise not have access to meditation or mindfulness classes. Our retreat center on 17 acres of preserved land in Beverly Hills allows for the development of compassion for the land and the environment. We hold a firm policy that no one will be turned away for lack of funds. In 2017, 73% of our expenses were covered by revenue from classes, retreats, and special events. The rest of our operating expenses were covered through tax-deductible gifts from our generous donors. We rely on your gifts to be able to continue the life-changing work we do.
