INSIGHTS Research & Consulting is a research consultancy company registered in Somalia servicing non-profits, governments and donors with innovative data driven research solutions within the humanitarian and development contexts. Our services include Third Party Monitoring of project activities, Evaluation, Assessments and Surveys, Capacity Building and Institutional Capacity Assessment. We provide support to donor funded projects with independent Third Party Monitoring to ensure that data reported meets the organisation's data quality standards including independent monitoring, verification, and evaluation of projects. The TPM consists of monitoring, verification and independent reporting of all activities funded, we specifically look at performance monitoring of project activities and indicator to reveal the project indicator performance are on track and meeting the deliverables as required including its timeliness and purposefulness. This includes field verification of activities and partner reports especially looking at inputs and outputs of activities, indicator tracking and monitoring and collecting feedback from the beneficiaries and finally help clients gather independent information for learning and adaptive management. We conduct independent evaluations, surveys and assessments of projects, programmes and development initiatives using quantitative and qualitative research methods is at the core of our work.
