We believe that the workforce of our country has a lot of potential. Filipinos are naturally industrious, thinkers, and clever. Yet, we've seen a lot of office personnel who are intelligent in their jobs but are slowed down because of their lack of computer skills that does the job. It is not their fault, really. A lot of the essential practical knowledge are not learned at school- but by experience. Insights Manila is created with this mindset. Trainings from various 'high- end' institutions are expensive and sometimes not satisfactory. We aim to address this need. We are a startup group of freelance facilitators who practice what they teach. We have excellent learning specialists who can conduct Needs Analysis and convert this to a training program that will eventually improve your company's efficiency.
