Insignia Technologies Ltd. uses its patented smart pigments, to produce time and temperature indicating plastics and inks as solutions for packaging in many different industries. Responding to changing levels of CO₂ or temperature, our products help reduce waste in the food industry, increase patient safety in the health sector and are used at scale in industry to detect potential CO₂ leaks. As innovators in the production of smart inks and film our technology has been utilised in range of industries and applications. Our business is separated into delivering bespoke development services to create products that are suited to our customer's needs and providing ready-made solutions based on our internal R&D capabilities. We are based at BioCity Scotland in Newhouse, Lanarkshire.
