We have a big dream, to change the future of 10 million students in Thailand and we need “Teacher power” However, many teachers are discouraged and left alone confused as a result of this unsupportive system and culture. According to this, they have no idea, no time, and no motivation to teach, which negatively affects our students. insKru is a powerful community where teachers support and inspire each other to be better and happier teachers. We create butterfly effects for a better classroom through teachers. Our community included 1. Workshops, content, and tools for teachers to self-develop and grow professionally learn new skills or relearn education theories, and we also provide mock classroom possibilities in these 3 topics Creative, Student Friendly, and Critique Classroom. Community & Event to connect, learn and support each other in Facebook Group. They can share their struggles, and ideas or ask other teachers to start something new together. We also have monthly events based on community interest both online and offline. Website where teachers can share their own innovations and discover other ideas. We then put a spotlight on creative and practical ideas and display them on our social media platform (200K followers), we also encourage them to learn and share more by giving awards every year. Within 4 years -We have more than members on our website and more than followers on our social media -More than ideas were spreading around reaching over 2 million students -Our contributors have grown 7 times last year. and their ideas were seen almost 3 million times-We collaborated with more than 20 partners both government and private sectors to promote topics like student well-being, learning loss, cyberbullying, and so on Join us on our mission Impact teachers to 10 million students by working with us to let every student access quality classrooms from their own teachers.
