Inso Bio is simplifying DNA sample workflows to unlock greater access to genomic medicine and research. While DNA sequencing has advanced rapidly, front-end sample preparation has stagnated on outdated technologies with complex workflows and expensive automation requirements, limiting the scale of genomic impacts. Inso Bio has developed the world’s first physical DNA capture technology, independent of any biochemical binding (beads, columns, etc). By utilizing microfluidic technologies invented at Cornell University, our innovative product overcomes the limitations of traditional kit-based approaches, enabling affordable and automation, faster turnaround, higher efficiency, longer DNA, and lossless multiomic capabilities. All of this is on a compact benchtop automation instrument, usable directly out of the box, and with no setup costs.
