Factory Site/Quality Inspector based at Cable Factory (Hellenic Cables S.A, FULGOR plant) as a resident inspector (DNV Inspector) on behalf of SSE (Scottish and Southern Electricity)/ Dogger Bank responsible for reviewing technical drawings and documentation, engineering support, and daily quality surveillance of the manufacturing process from raw materials/goods inwards through to FAT and load out of the final lengths of Inter-Array Cables (38/66 kV). FAT on connection cables 38/66 kV designed for wind turbines at PRYSMIAN (Draka- Germany) for Seagreen OWF KAFIREAS 2 LAVRIO INTERCONNECTION – TERNA ENERGY PROJECT Routine Tests, Type Tests and FAT on CU/XLPE/PB/SCPE/PPY/SSWA & HDPE Rods/PPY 3 X 1500 mm2, RM (Cu), 87/150 (170) kV and CU/XLPE/PB/SCPE/PPY/SSWA & HDPE Rods/PPY 3 X 1900 mm2, RM (Cu), 87/150 (170) kV as a composite cable with factory flexible joints and three (3) fiber optical cables Lead of Inspectors team for attending (as resident inspectors) the production, Routine tests, FATs and Load-out of three different AL/XLPE Inter Array cables 38/66 kV for Sofia Wind Farm Project on behalf of VanOord OW.
