INSPIRE Sourcing was estabilished in 2007. From the begining we focus on developing the skills of our partners by giving them the highest quality service. Training INSPIRE Sourcing s.c. consists of: Theory (inspirational presentations and micro-lectures) supported by examples taken from life experience - 30 % of time Active learning forms / participants’ activities - 70 % of time • Pre- and post-works – tasks / exercises for participants to be completed prior to or after the training sessions, • Experience sharing – among participants as well as by trainer, benchmarks presentation, • Discussions and debates – on the subject imposed by trainer to exchange views, analyze issues from different angles. The goal is to inspire participants to develop conclusions on their own. • Case studies – cases presented by trainer or participants; the goal is to analyse the case, draw conclusions, develop rules and processes to avoid traps and utilize good examples, • Workshops – to develop tolls, processes that will suit participants and the Organization, • Individual / group exercises – practicing skills, problems solving, testing tools, • Role play – practicing skills in a simulated business environment, action learning. Trainers/Consultants For its workshops/diagnosis, INSPIRE never employs trainers without prior hands-on business experience.
