Inspire Support Coordination

Support Coordination is an NDIS funded support designed to assist the NDIS Participant to better understand their NDIS plan and how to best use it to put the supports and services needed into place. At Inspire we provide support coordination based on empowering individuality and enhancing a participants’ capacity to develop and achieve goals. Inspire utilises Support Coordinators that have lived experience of disability and believe that anything can be possible with the correct supports in place. Our participants are valued and individual, so we aim to deliver a service that is exceptional. We are experienced at helping Participants navigate the NDIS and find the right service providers to help them achieve their goals. We do the groundwork, happily researching new and existing providers that will meet their specific needs. At Inspire we provide level 2 and level 3 support coordination to NDIS participants.
