Inspire provides information technology services to the healthcare industry in Indonesia. Our custom software platform is culturally relevant and industry specific as it was developed by Indonesians specifically for Indonesia's hospitals, clinics and other healthcare providers. Starting in 2006, the software developers from Inspire developed the information technology (IT) blueprint to transform healthcare facilities in Bandung and Bandar Lampung. The developers then implemented the IT blueprint by developing a proprietary hospital Information and management system. Over the next several years, the software formed the basis for expanding their client base to four other healthcare facilities. This software enabled the hospital directors of these healthcare facilities to meet the National and International accreditation standards. Inspire’s software developer brings five years of information technology audit experience from the U.S. banking industry. As a result, the developer designed Inspire’s healthcare management system to place particular emphasis on the financial tracking and audits in a healthcare facility. The software directly attributed to an annual operational increase in profit of USD$4-6M for one healthcare facility. Inspire’s software provides a full range of healthcare operations services including patient check-in, diagnosis coding, billing, electronic medical records and insurance filing. Software modules have also been developed and deployed for a large nursing school.
