Inspire the Crowd is founded on the belief that a world where people are inspired by each other to be, think, and live exceptionally is a world that is filled with kindness. We are committed to teach and coach the critical social skills to connect on deeper levels with people in our lives who are struggling, shutting out the love, support, and contributions they could be sharing with the world. Inspire The Crowd has 5 core values: 1. Impact - a commitment to make every conversation matter have people feel they are better off interacting with you. Empathy - a commitment to see and feel varying perspectives 3. Courage - a commitment to taking action in times of uncertainty 4. Class - A commitment to treating people and situations better than they deserve to be treated 5. Family - A commitment to prioritizing the relationships of those you consider family These core values are the heart of our mission and essence of the service we provide. Our Journey will consist of the following: Phase 1: Build our tribe. As part of the helping others movement we believe in the power of community and story telling. Its through these shared experiences that inspiration and change manifests Phase 2: Develop a social skills coaching program that provides the skills and tools to connect with others in ways you haven't before. To create influence, be compelling and increasingly engaging, and most importantly reach those who have lost how important they are in this world. Phase 3: Developing an educational platform dedicated to social skills that bridge the personal and professional domains that is accessible, affordable, and community led. We believe the world requires people to have the deepest level of social skills to create meaningful change in the people in our lives. One step closer to a kinder world is through helping others see how meaningful they truly are when they don't.
