Inspire To Act

Inspire To Act is a women rights and youth focus Non-Governmental Organization in Ghana that recognizes the important role of girls, women, young people and Marginalized groups in the development of their communities, regions and the nation at large. The organization has a Vision of a society where girls, women, young people and Persons With Disabilities enjoy equal opportunities for their personal development. The organization was registered on the 9th January, 2017 with registration number CG001252017 at the Ghana registrar of companies in Accra and with also with the Department of Social Welfare in 2020 (D.S.W/9242). Focus Areas Health – ITA helps increase access to Quality Reproductive Health and Rights, Maternal New born and Child Health information and services. We focus on marginalized groups such as women, adolescent girls, Youth, Persons With Disabilities. However, the organisation projects addresses other health needs of our target groups. Women and Girls Empowerment – Addresses discriminatory social cultural norms that promote inequality among girls and boys, women and men, PWDs access to education, health, decent work and human rights. Transparency and Accountability – To promote meaningful participation of marginalized groups such as women, youth and PWDs in decision making at the family, community and local level. We focus on strengthening their skills and abilities to hold duty bearers accountable.
