Inspire Transformation

Inspire Transformation was set up by Melanie Greene in 1991. It provides consultancy advice, training, coaching and online learning to many different types of organisations in the private and public sector. The types of challenges that our clients face that we assist them with include- enhancing communication internally and externally- managing and motivating staff to maintain performance targets- managing pressures associated with their roles in order to avoid stress- how to deal with challenging interactions and conflict in a constructive way- coaching staff to build their confidence as well as their skills, so that they feel empowered to be proactive.
