Inspired Enterprise Solutions was founded in 2019 by Omar Mounir as a One-person Limited Liability company splitting off the customer-facing part of our import/ distribution company Global Communication & acting as a reseller/ partner specialized in the audio video conferencing equipment in Egypt. Our UAE company Inspired Enterprise Solutions FZ LLC was founded in 2023 to serve our software & service customers across the globe. Nearly 40 years ago in 1986, Global Communication was founded by my father Ahmed Kamal with a specific purpose: to supply wireless telecom equipment. Back in 1992, my father started a different chapter in our journey by becoming the 1st distributor specializing in supplying communication headsets for Plantronics in Egypt. Since our establishment we have pursued a strategy of striving for excellence & reaching a win-win scenario with our customers, partners, & vendors. During the past decade, we have pursued a strategy of expanding our supply chain for each existing product category as well as expanding into related audio video, software, & service markets to better serve our customer requirements such as: business software solutions (Odoo Business software suite, Partner Relationship Management, Customer Engagement, Omni-channel contact centre CCaaS, Chatbot AI, Conversational analytics, Speech Analytics, Compliance & Quality Control Recording, Multi-Language Transcribing), & business services (Odoo business software implementation, business consulting, AV consulting & services, IT consulting & services) Our journey has been a testament to the resilience, innovation, and hard work of our team.
