Summary of Services • Review client processes and standard operating practices – advise on potential processing waste, compliance gaps and redundancies with the design or redesign of Standard Operating Processes (SOP) in mind. • Providing leadership development and execution coaching for entry and mid-level leaders (where the processes meet the people). • Participate as a strategic adviser for building processes and developing leadership to support the organization's short, mid and long-range goals from the bottom-up perspective.
