I founded Inspired to Perform in December 2015 after gaining over 20 years’ experience operating within complex stakeholder environments, including Law, Financial Services, Telecommunications, Manufacturing and Health. As a professional coach and facilitator I seek to help both teams and individuals be the best they can, enabling the exploration of creative, pragmatic and focused solutions to make a difference. I will always work to create a safe space to build trust, encouraging openness and free thinking. I will motivate and offer a balance of support and challenge to unlock and harness all that helps us act in way that will create a positive impact on ourselves, others and our organisations.
