InspirEDucate has been created to offer a range of supportive services to Schools in the United Kingdom. Our children deserve the best education. To achieve this our schools need leaders who are inspired to create a strong vision for their community. A vision that looks beyond the short termism and austerity that currently plague our profession. At InspirEDucate we don't look to tell leaders how to run their schools but rather to collaborate with them in order to: refine and refocus the vision and strategy review the varied and complex areas of a school organisation to establish if the vision is truly embedded in the school culture coach and inspire school leaders We do not offer quick fixes or solutions to the perineal pressures of results, OFSTED or finances. Rather our aim is to help every school leader to hold onto the principles, passion and fire that inspired them to school leadership or future school leadership. Our approach is thoughtful and positive, built upon our belief that there is a huge amount to celebrate in our schools and that if we are to truly deliver excellence in our schools we have to focus less on negativity and more on WHY we do what we do. With this approach we can support schools and their leaders to create the first class schools that our young people deserve.
