Mission The Institute for Credentialing Excellence (I.C.E.) advances credentialing through education, standards, research, and advocacy to ensure competence across professions and occupations. Vision Consumers will demand services only from individuals credentialed by programs meeting Institute for Credentialing Excellence recognized standards. Strategic Objectives - Engage in cooperative efforts with allied and competing organizations to achieve ICE's vision- Nurture an innovative culture leading to increased quality programs and services to meet the needs of the industry- Deliver programs to the government and employers to improve their understanding and acceptance of professional certification- Achieve global recognition of the ICE/NCCA brand and overall value- Ensure adequate resources and structure (organization, staffing, and volunteers) are available to achieve strategic objectives and sustainable growth.
