Together, Institutional Mortgage Servicing (IMS) and Institutional Mortgage Capital (IMC) have a proven and successful track record of sourcing and servicing a wide variety of commercial financing products for real estate owners and investors. Our servicing mandates include commercial first mortgages and mezzanine financing for retail, office, industrial, mix-use, hotels, retirement facilities, manufactured homes, self-storage facilities and multi-family properties. IMS performs all aspects of primary and special servicing throughout the mortgage lifecycle. Our technology infrastructure and processes allow us to manage virtually any kind and size of commercial or multi-family real estate portfolio. The IMS third-party service includes managing the end-to-end administration for all types of commercial lending structures, with deep expertise in commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS).
