Intact Gold Corp, formerly First Americas Gold Corporation, is a junior mineral exploration company. The Company focuses on high grade gold projects within Canada. It operates through the acquisition and exploration of exploration and evaluation property interests segment. The Company has an agreement to acquire an undivided 100% interest in the Gold Hill-Blackjack Property. The Gold Hill-Blackjack Property is located in the Townships of Kirkup and Manross in the Kenora Mining Division of Ontario. The property is approximately 20 kilometers southeast of the City of Kenora, Ontario. The Gold Hill-Blackjack Property consists of one claim made up of approximately 15 claim units, comprising a total of over 600 acres. It also has an option to acquire an undivided 100% interest in the Guillet Property, located near the town of Belleterre, Temiscamingue, Quebec. The Company is also engaged in the process of reviewing potential property acquisitions and Joint Ventures.
