Intake Screens, Inc.(ISI) designs and fabricates brush-cleaned fish protection and filtration screens for submerged intakes. ISI has been delivering quality and innovative screens systems since 1996. We collaborate with engineering firms to design systems for customers such as municipal water agencies, public utility districts, irrigation districts, golf courses and farmers. ISI’s cylinder and cone screen systems have been proven effective as an alternative to passive, air-burst, and water backwashed screens. Our stainless steel wedgewire screens provide a large screened surface area with a small footprint. ISI screen systems have successfully provided fish protection that meets the requirements of state and federal environmental regulatory agencies while protecting pumping operations from debris and biofouling. Our contracting experience and engineering team allows us to assist clients, engineers, and contractors to best design, manufacture and install our systems.
