Intego is a social enterprise consultancy partnering with councils, destination managers, and place-based organisations to shape the future of places, build social licence, and develop evidence-led strategies for regenerative, place-based change. We work at the nexus of community values, policymaking, and sustainability, recognising that most place leaders face a common barrier: a wealth of community ambition but a lack of rigorous, defensible data to turn that ambition into policy, strategies, or planning. At Intego, we bridge this gap by moving beyond "business-as-usual" toward regenerative placemaking - a methodology grounded in my doctoral research and 15+ years of professional experience across community development, climate action, sustainability, and social impact. Every project is guided by our signature RISE process - Reveal, Integrate, Share, Evolve - ensuring that community-driven insights are rigorously synthesised into actionable, measurable, and locally-owned strategies.
